Named after the storied Japanese princess whose kimono echoes this piece’s iconic cut. A special-edition Eid piece, this abaya is scattered with powder-blue falling stars encircled by golden crescent moons – The Suhail, a reference to the rising star of Arab folklore that signals the end of the summer and the arrival of cooler nights, and serves as a celestial compass for desert and seafaring nomads.
