Production & Delivery Timelines

Each piece is made to order, including the weaving of the fabric itself. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the item and your shipping destination. You will receive an update once the silk has been woven, and another once tailoring has been completed and your order is being prepared for dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details.

Please note that the 4–8 week timeframe does not include customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Prices on our website may include applicable sales tax where required.

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, or handling charges imposed by your country are not included in our prices. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, your courier may contact you to settle these charges prior to delivery.

United States Orders

Many orders shipped to the United States may enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
Customs assessments are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and remain the responsibility of the customer.

EU & UK Orders

Orders shipped to the EU or UK may be subject to:

• Courier handling fees

These charges are assessed upon import and are not included in the purchase price.
