Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of each Gunaa garment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is produced specifically for you after purchase, including the weaving of the fabric, regardless of whether custom measurements are requested.
Under applicable consumer law, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued after a return request has been approved. We cannot accept returned items without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Responsibility
We are responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once delivery has been confirmed, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are committed to evaluating each case fairly and making it right where applicable.
Note on Artisan-Made Goods
Gunaa garments are handcrafted using heritage textiles and traditional weaving techniques. As a result, natural variations may occur, including slight differences in color, texture, or weave. These characteristics are inherent to artisanal production and do not constitute defects.
